This database is intended to provide FREEVAL-NC users with necessary data to start freeway analysis based on Highway Capacity Manual (HCM). It is the user's responsibility to double check the data and assure its validity before disseminating any FREEVAL-NC results. It should be noted that the data is based on Google Map's view and the actual data collection date is the image's date available on the map's satellite view. For the ongoing work zone sections, the best guess is made to model geometry and may not represent the after work zone case. For the sites containing work zones, it is recommended to double check the geometry with other more accurate resources.
